Celebrating Organic and Sustainable Wine with Château La Baronne’s Anne Lignères
The River Lee is pleased to announce the next in its series of exclusive Wine Dinners - an evening with winemaker and owner of Château La Baronne, Anne Lignères and Group Sommelier of The Doyle Collection, Philip Dunne on Tuesday, October 11th at 7pm.
Taking place in the glamorous surroundings of The Grill Room at The River Lee, the evening will focus on celebrating organic and sustainable wine practices, with Anne sharing the ethos and history of Château La Baronne throughout an evening of delicious wine and food pairings.
Château La Baronne comes from the heart of the Occitania region at the foothills of Montagne d’Alaric, with husband-and-wife duo Jean and Anne at its helm.
This standalone, curated event at The River Lee is an opportunity to enjoy some of the finest wines from the Occitania region while learning more about biodynamics and sustainability in winemaking. The wines will be paired with an exceptional five-course tasting menu, expertly created by Head Chef at The River Lee, Paul Lane.
